• ORDINANCE NO. 14,460 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
a. Z -4001 - described as part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence North 01°
51' East, 119 feet to the point of beginning;
thence North 790 09' East, 270.3 feet; thence South
450 12' East, 99.4 feet; thence North 540 52' East,
169.9 feet; thence North 42° 03' East, 105.2 feet;
thence North 070 33' East, 33.3 feet; thence North
63° 59' East, 2.5 feet; thence North 30° 02' West,
72.5 feet; thence South 770 47' West, 519 feet;
thence South 010 51' West, 150 feet to the point of
beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"C -4" Open Display District.
b. Z -4009 - described as Lot R -45 -B, a replat of Lot
45, Charles Valley Subdivision, Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display District to "C -3"
General Commercial District.
c. Z -4011 - described as Lot 31, Sunnymeade Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, except that part described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 31;
thence Northeasterly along the Easterly
right -of -way line of Sunnymeade Drive, a distance
of 34.9 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 17 of
the unrecorded plat of Satterfield Addition; thence
Southeasterly along the common line of said Lots 17
and 31, a distance of 63.5 feet; thence North 580
36' West, 68.4 feet to the point of beginning.
AND
Part of Lot 17 of the unrecorded plat of
Satterfield Addition in part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:

thence Northwesterly along the common line of
Lots 17 and 31, Sunnymeade Addition, a distance of
99.4 feet; thence South 580 36' East, 82.8 feet to
the Easterly line of said Lot 17; thence
Southwesterly 50.7 feet to the point of beginning,
from "R -2" Single Family District to "0-3" General
Office District.
d. Z -4019 - described as Lot 9A, Charles Valley
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C -4"
Open Display District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
e. Z -4022 - described as a part of Tract 7, Home
Acres Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract 7;
thence West along the South line of Tract 7, 332.9
feet; thence North 45° East 267.29 feet; thence
East 143.16 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way line of Geyer Springs Road; thence
South 00 15' East and along said West right -of -way
line of Geyer Springs Road 189 feet to the point
of beginning, from "I -2" Light Industrial District
to "C -3" General Commercial District.
f. Z -4023 - described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 1,
Nettie F. Riffel Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas,
from "R -3" Single Family District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
