14460M r M= M= M M M M M M M M M • ORDINANCE NO. 14,460 • AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: a. Z -4001 - described as part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence North 01° 51' East, 119 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 790 09' East, 270.3 feet; thence South 450 12' East, 99.4 feet; thence North 540 52' East, 169.9 feet; thence North 42° 03' East, 105.2 feet; thence North 070 33' East, 33.3 feet; thence North 63° 59' East, 2.5 feet; thence North 30° 02' West, 72.5 feet; thence South 770 47' West, 519 feet; thence South 010 51' West, 150 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "C -4" Open Display District. b. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
