ORDINANCE NO. 14,454
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING Timber Bend Drive
BETWEEN Timber Hill and Timber Ridge Drives
IN Timber Ridge ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Timber Bend Drive between
Timber Hill and Timber Ridge Drives, in Blocks 5 and 4, Timber Ridge
Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said
Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book A, page 244 in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for
corporate purposes, except for public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public
generally, in and to the street designated as follows:
Timber Bend Drive lvinv between Lot 1, Block 4 and Lot 12, Block 5
an Addition to the Citv of Little Rock, Arkansas
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage easements located in
said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
