ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas has determined tht a portion of a street right -of -way,
adjacent on the West to Fractional Block 80, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was
originally platted, dedicated or devoted and therefore desires to
vacate, close and abandon all its right, title and interest therein as
a public street right -of -way, together with that of the general
public, pursuant to the power granted to cities of the First Class by
Section 19 -2304, Arkansas Statutes 1947 Annotated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Pursuant to authority of Section 19 -2304, Arkansas
Statutes 1947 annotated, the City of Little Rock hereby vacates,
closes and abandons all its right, title and interest as public
right -of -way, together with that of the general public, in and to the
following described portion of street:
The West 12 inches of the East 24 inches of the
Right -of -Way of Ashley Street as originally
platted between Markham Street and La Harpe
Boulevard in the City of Little Rock; subject„
however, to any public easements located therein.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the City
Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas and recorded in the deed records of the County.
SECTION 3. This ,ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
