AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z -3963 - described as: Lot 9D, Triangle
Properties Industrial District, being a replat of
Lot 9B and the East 165 feet of Lot 9C, Triangle
Properties Industrial District, located in the
W 1/2, SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single
Family District to "C -3" General Commercial.
AND
Lot 9E, Triangle Properties Industrial District,
being a replat of Lot 9B and the East 165 feet of
Lot 9C, Triangle Properties Industrial District,
located in the W 1/2, SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
from "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
B. Z -3971 - described as: Lots 5 and 6, Block 196,
Or g nal City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from "HR"
High Density Residential District to "GB" General
Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
