AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 13,874, TO REPLACE THE "MF" MULTIFAMILY
DESIGNATION SHOWN EAST OF GEYER SPRINGS AND
NORTH OF I -30, WITH "SD" STRIP DEVELPMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission have
reviewed the Suburban Development Plan along Geyer Springs
between I -30 and 65th Street; and
WHEREAS, staff and Planning Commission recognize the
need to keep the Suburban Plan flexible and in touch with
current needs; and
WHEREAS, staff and Planning Commission feel that
commercial development is appropriate along Geyer Springs
Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan is hereby
amended to delete the "MF" Multifamily designation east of
Geyer Springs between I -30 and 65th Street.
SECTION 2. The designation "SD" is hereby added to the
Suburban Development Plan in the area described by
Section 1.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
