AN ORDINANCE RENEWING TAXICAB OPERATOR
PERMITS FOR A PERIOD ENDING MARCH 31,
1983; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1.
The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby grants and approves taxicab operator permits for the
following operators:
1.
Black and White Cab Company
2.
Capitol Cab Company
3.
Kenneth Britt
4.
Edgar Gatewood
5.
Sam Harshaw
6.
Elria Hooks
7.
Thomas Houston
8.
Aaron Isham
9.
Avert Isham
10.
Joseph LeVeque
11.
Robert Orlicek
12.
Jerry Palmer
13.
Willie Scott
14.
Rodell Taylor
15.
Dewey Worthey
SECTION 2.
These permits shall automatically expire March 31,

SECTION 3. There is currently an immediate need for the
convenience and necessity of the public good for such permits and,
therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
