AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE 1983 EXPANDED
WORK PROGRAM AND CAPITAL EXPENDITURES;
AND APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The 1983 expanded work program and capital
expenditures are hereby approved as reflected on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and expressly made a part hereof.
Section 2. The sum of $155,667.00 is hereby appropriated
for the expanded work program and the sum of $164,060.00 is hereby
appropriated for capital expenditures for 1983 as indicated on
the attached Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from the date of its approval.
