AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3659 -A - described as Tract B, Cook - Alworth
Su ivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C -3"
General Commercial District to "R -5" Urban
Resident District.
(b) Z -3701 - described as Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Block 11, Ruebel and Leymer Addition, from "I -2"
Light Industrial District to "O -1" Quiet Office
District.
(c) Z -3852 - described as Lot 1, Watergate Addition,
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "C -3" General
Commercial District to "C -1" Neighborhood
Commercial District.
(d) Z -3939 - described as Lot 1, Block 5, Intercity
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, from "I -2"
Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
(e) Z -3940- described as a part of the East 1/2, NW
1 4, SE 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning 25 feet South and 150 feet West of the
Northeast corner of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of said
Section 2; thence West 230 feet (measured 226
feet); thence South 330 feet (measured 330.9
feet); thence East 110 feet; thence North 20.2
feet; thence South 810 10' East, 66.1 feet; thence
North 219.7 feet (measured 217 feet); thence East
55 feet; thence North 100 feet to the point of
beginning, from "0-3 General Office District to
"R -5" Urban Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
