AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3484 -A - described as part of the SW 1/4, SW
1 4, Section 35, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Starting at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4, SW
1/4 of said Section 35; thence South 87° 32' 07"
East, 504.7 feet; thence South 010 46' 18" West,
427.61 feet; thence North 870 23' 58" West, 94.1
feet to the point of beginning; thence South 020
11' 30" West and parallel with the West line of
said SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 35, 277.38 feet;
thence South 870 36' 49" East, 77.9 feet; thence
South 040 45' 09" West, 307.56 feet; thence South
16° 31' 29" West, 172.22 feet to a point on the

of West Markham Street, Little Rock, Pulaski

District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
(e) Z -3945 - described as part of Block 8, West
Markham Street Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning 150 feet South to the Northeast corner
of said Block 8; thence South 115 feet; thence
West 100 feet; thence North 115 feet; thence East
100 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2"
Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
