AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK ORDINANCE
NO. 13,777, AS AMENDED, TO ENLARGE THE MEMBER-
SHIP OF THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUST-
MENT FROM SEVEN MEMBERS TO NINE MEMBERS; AND TO
PROVIDE THAT THE TWO NEW MEMBERS SHALL BE FROM
1� CITIZENRY AT LARGE.
SECTION 1. Subsection 3 -101 A.1. of Article III, Chapter
43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as adopted and established by Little Rock Ordinance
q No. 13,777, as amended, is hereby amended to add two (2)
additional members to the Board of Adjustment from the citizenry
at large and that subsection shall, after amendment read as
follows:

"l. Membership /makeup. The board shall consist
of nine (9) members who are appointed by the city
board of directors: One member of the board shall
be an architect /planner; one member of the board
shall be a civil engineer; one member of the
board shall be a member of the Little Rock Real
Estate Board; and six (6) members of the board
shall be from the citizenry at large. The term
of office of the members of the board shall be
for three (3) years."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
