AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING NINE THOUSAND
DOLLARS (9,000.00) TO BE PAID THE HODGES
FIRM TO COVER COST OVER -RUN FOR THE
DOWNTOWN PLAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated
balance of the General Fund the sum of $9,000.00 to be paid the Hodges Firm
to cover the cost over -run for the Downtown Plan.
