ORDINANCE NO. 14,381 156
AN ORDNANCE VACATI14C AND CLOSING THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK FOUR (4), PLATEAU ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the alley in Block Four (4)
Plateau Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated
on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book A -B,_
Page 254, in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas
is no longer needed for corporate purposes, except for public utility
and drainage easement purposes.
IM, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows:
Sixteen (16') foot alley located in Block Four (4) Plateau Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas., subject, however, to any public
utility or drainage easements located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
