AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
PAYMENT OF EXPERT WITNESS FEES IN THE
GILBERT AND HERVEY CASES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund the sum of $12,163.00
to compensate Dr. Robert Baker for his services on behalf of the
City as an expert witness in the Hervey and Gilbert litigation.
