ORDINANCE NO. 14,376
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN MAP ADOPTED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 13,874 TO REDUCE THE
SIZE OF SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED EAST
OF HINSON ROAD AND ENLARGE THE SINGLE
FAMILY ATTACHED AREA WEST OF HINSON
ROAD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Staff and Planning Commission have
reviewed the Suburban Development Plan in the Hinson Road
area; and have recommended a plan change, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognizes the need to
keep the Suburban Development Plan flexible and in touch
with current needs, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors acknowledges the
request for downzoning in the Pleasant Valley Estate
Subdivision from multifamily.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Suburban Plan is hereby amended to
reduce the size of the single family attached (SFA) east and
north of Hinson Road.
SECTION 2. Replace the above described reduction with
single family.
SECTION 3. The single family attached area west of
Hinson Road be enlarged to cover those areas previously
zoned for single family attached.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
