AN ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE
PERMITS FOR DAY -CARE FAMILY HOMES ON
VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That special use permits for day -care
family homes are hereby granted for the following properties:
(a) Z -3921 described as the East 50 feet of Lots 4, 5
and 6, Block 6, Capitol Hill Extension Addition to
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
(b) Z -3932 - described as Lot 3, Block 22, Braddock's
Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
