AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6811 BROOKVIEW DRIVE (Z- 3925), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use permit
is hereby issued for the property described herein and for
the purpose indicated as follows:
All of Lots 273 through 277 of Brookwood Subdivision
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
The property for which the permit is issued is to be
used for church purposes and is classified as "R -2"
Single Family.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit:
That the applicant adhere to all City Ordinances, Codes
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
