AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL
A VACANCY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 634 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Street
Improvement District No. 634 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to fill a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners
created as the result of Commissioner John B. May selling his
real property in the District; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appoint-
ment of Janis. V. Moseley, a real property owner in said Dis-
trict, to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Janis V. Moseley is hereby appointed a
Commissioner of Street Improvement District No. 634 of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
