AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL
OF ORDINANCE NO. 13,856 AND THE
APPROVAL OF A PRD DISTRICT ENTITLED
ROBINWOOD EAST "PRD" (Z -4071) IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6 -101
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 13,856 passed by the
Board of Directors on August 19, 1980, be repealed, and that
the zone classification on the following property be
retained as a "PRD" Planned Residential District:
Part of the NW 1/4, and part of the NE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, and part of tract "B"
Hyland Holmes Addition, all in Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the center of Section 26, T -2 -N, R -13 -W;
thence S 89 °, 59' 38" W, 186.9 feet; thence N 58 °, 34'
26" W, 211.93 feet to the point of beginning; thence S
860, 02' 15" W, 111.61 feet; thence S 88 °, 00' 08" W,
102.0 feet; thence S 880, 43' 49" W, 193.87 feet to the
E line of Tract "B" Hyland Holmes Addition; thence S
O1 °, 22' 27" E, 363.2 feet to the N right -of -way line
of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence N 59 °, 23'
00" W, along said N right -of -way line 357.44 feet;

of beginning; containing 20.46 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plans /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.

SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification of the plans for Robinwood East is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
