AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
JOHN BARROW ROAD AT KANIS ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
-OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3585 -A - Area 1 described as part of the NW 1/4,
NW 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 11;
thence N 890 45' E along the North line of said Section
11 and the South line of Long Acre Place Addition a
distance of 579.7 feet; thence S 000 19' E a distance
of 392.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 21°
54' E 48.89 feet; thence S 770 08' 11" E 226.26 feet;

SECTION 2. That the-map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
