ORDINANCE NO. 14,540
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 7323 MABELVALE CUTOFF
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4056 - described as part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
NW 1/1, Section 12, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as commence at the Northwest corner
of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence East along the
North line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 a distance of
66 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue East
along the North line of said NE 1/4, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 a
distance of 66 feet; thence S 0. 09' E 330 feet; thence
West 66 feet; thence N 0. 09' W 330 feet to the point
of beginning containing 0.58 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single Family District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
