ORDINANCE NO. 14,536
AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT COMMISSIONERS TO FILL
VACANCIES ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 634 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Street
Improvement District No. 634 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to fill vacancies on said Board of Commissioners
created as the result of Commissioners Sam Reynolds and Elbert
L. Fausett selling their real property in the District; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appoint-
ment of Sidney M. Thom and Jim J. Orsini, real property owners
in said District, to fill said vacancies; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Sidney M. Thom and Jim J. Orsini are hereby
appointed Commissioners of Street Improvement District No. 634
of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
