ORDINANCE NO. 14,530
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A TRACT OF
LAND AT NAPA VALLEY AND MARA LYNN ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3269 -B - described as a tract of land located in the
S 1/2, SW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
starting at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4
of said Section 33; thence N 0° 55' 57" W along the
West line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 429.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continue N 00 55' 57" W
along said West line 550.90 feet to the Southwest
corner of the Agape Ministries, Inc. property; thence N

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.

As was discussed, we shall follow the site plan attached
hereto and signed on this date by Steve W. Patterson, as
closely as physically possible and will restrict the
density to 4 units / acre or 216 total units.
