ORDINANCE NO. 14,526
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO UTILIZE
PART OF THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY ALONG THE
NORTH PROPERTY LINE OF 1321 EAST SECOND STREET
FOR A BELOW -GRADE GREASE TRAP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted to B. Russ Jefferson a
franchise to utilize a part of the right -of -way along the north
property line of 1321 East Second Street for a below grade grease
trap as required by State plumbing regulations, provided that the
grantee assume full responsibility for the cost if any
alterations or adjustments to existing utility service facilities
are required as a consequence of the installation.
