WITHIN THE 6800 BLOCK OF YARBERRY LANE IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4079 - described as a tract of land described as part
of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: beginning at a point which is
838.1 feet East of the said Southwest corner, NE 1/4,
SW 1/4 of Section 12; thence 341.7 feet North; thence
254.0 feet West; thence 978.3 feet North; thence 763.6
feet East; thence 978.3 feet South; thence 127.9 feet
West; thence 341.7 feet South; thence 380.8 feet West
to the point of beginning containing 20.1 acres more or
less.
AND
A part of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 121
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: beginning at a
point which is 838.2 feet East of the Northwest corner
of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 12; thence East along
the North line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 381.15 feet;
thence 17 feet South; thence in a northwesterly
direction along the North line of Yarberry Lane to a
point which is seven feet South of the point of
beginning; thence North seven feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.21 acres more or less from "R -2"
Single Family District to "R -7A" Manufactured Housing
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
