AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MODIFICATION
TO A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING
FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF A (SHORT FORM )
"PCD" DISTRICT ENTITLED ROCK CREEK PCD
(Z- 4030 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE #14,474 OF
CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6 -101
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be retained as a "PCD" Planned Commercial
District:
(Z- 4030 -A): described as part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 2, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as: beginning at the center of the said
SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence North 290 feet to a point;
thence East 330 feet to a point on the East line of the
SW 1/4, NE 1/4, SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 2, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence South 654 feet to a point at the center
of Cunningham Lake Road; thence northwesterly along the
centerline of said road to a point 40 feet south of the
center of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, said Section 2; thence 40
feet North to the point of beginning; containing
162,360 square feet, more or less, subject to an
easement along the south side of Cunningham Lake Road.
SECTION 2. That the revised preliminary site
development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the
Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification, the plan for Rock Creek, is conditioned upon
obtaining final plat approval from the Planning Commission
within the time specified by Article 9.101 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the Planning
Commission.
