ORDINANCE NO. 14,516
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1602 ABIGAIL STREET IN THE SIDNEY JOHNSON
ADDITION, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4096 - described as: Lot 1, Block 15, Sidney
Johnson Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "C -3" General Commercial District,
to "R -3" Single Family District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
