AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE FOR A SUBDIVISION
IDENTIFICATION SIGN IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY ON
CORPORATE HILL DRIVE AT WEST MARKHAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby granted to the Markham Street
Joint Venture, John Flake, Trustee, a franchise to utilize part
of the right -of -way within the median on Corporate Hill Drive at
West Markham for the display of an identification sign for a
period of ten (10) years, provided that the grantee maintain the
sign and associated landscaping in good condition.
SECTION 2. The aforesaid sign shall conform substantially
with the attached diagrams as to location and dimensions.
