ORDINANCE NO. 14,514
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CERTAIN SECTIONS
OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING
TO PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has promulgated administrative
procedures dealing with personnel matters, and
WHEREAS, many sections of the City Codes pertaining to
personnel matters are outdated and in conflict with other rules,
regulations and procedures,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the following sections of the Little Rock
Code of Ordinances are repealed:
Article II. Classification and Pay Plan of City Employees.
