ORDINANCE NO. 14,506
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION
OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 2, FULTON'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of the
alley in Block 2, Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing
of record in Deed Book 10, Page 401 in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for a 10 foot sanitary sewer easement and for
public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows:
The East 81 feet of the alley in Block 2, Fulton's
Addition (east -west alley) running west off Spring
Street 1/2 block south of 18th Street
subject, however, to a 10 foot sanitary sewer easement and any
public utility or drainage easements located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the
City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County and recorded in the records of the County.
