AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1003 NORTH TYLER, HOLY SOULS,
(Z- 4046), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of the Hollenberg Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being Blocks 15, 16 and
Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 9; that part of Tyler
Street lying South of the South right -of -way line of
"I" Street and North of the North right -of -way line of
"H" Street; that part of "I" Street lying East of the
East right -of -way line of Tyler Street and West of the
West right -of -way line of Harrison Street; the South
130 feet of the 20' wide alley of Block 9; the North
200 feet of the 20' wide alley of Block 16 and the 20'
wide alley of Block 15; a tract of land containing
5.106 acres more or less.
The property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and the approved site plan. In
addition, (1) That traffic be encouraged by the church
to use "I" and "H" Streets as a drop off for students;
(2) That the proposed parking lot be constructed
simultaneously with the new education building and; (3)
That student enrollment be limited to a maximum of 512
students.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
