0 ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A SHORT FORM
"PCD" DISTRICT TITLED (Z- 4042), MARKHAM
HEIGHTS PROFESSIONAL PARK IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "0-3" General
Office District to "PCD" Planned Commercial District.
(Z- 4042), part of block 44, Santa Fe Park Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Block 44;
thence East along the North line of said Block 44, a
distance of 237 feet, to the Northwest corner of Block
2, L & L Replat; thence South 1 40 West along the
West line of said Lot 2, a distance of 319.85 feet to
the North right -of -way line of existing West Markham
Street; thence North 89° 26' West along said
right -of -way line, 118.1 feet; thence South 890 56"
West along said right -of -way line, 107.1 feet; thence
North 0° 20' West along the West line of said Block 44,
a distance of 318.7 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1.69 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Markham Heights Professional Park is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
