ORDINANCE NO. 14,307
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PAY
INCURRED LEGAL FEES; AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT
OF SAID FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the
sum of $27,203.00 for the purpose of payment to the law
firm of House, Holmes $. Jewell, of Little Rock, Arkansas,
for legal services currently owing by the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to that law firm; and the City Manager and Director
of Finance for the.City of Little Rock are hereby authorized
and directed to prepare the City warrants necessary to pay
the said indebtedness, to disburse said warrant or warrants
and to do all other things necessary to accomplish this purpose.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
