AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL A
VACANCY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SEWER
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 145 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Sewer
Improvement District No. 145 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have petitioned
the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to fill
a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners created as the result of
the resignation of Commissioner Ronald C. Tyne from said Board;
and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appointment of
Dr. Roy Harrison, a property owner in said District, to fill said
vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Dr. Roy Harrison is hereby appointed a Commissioner
of Sewer Improvement District No. 145 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
