ORDINANCE NO. 14,298
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
SECOND STREET AT WALNUT (Z- 3858),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 29, Town
of Mabelvale.
Property is to be used for an existing church, and
expansion of multipurpose building.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and approved site plans.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
