AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1201 KAVANAUGH (Z- 3882), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
That part of Lots 9 and 10, Block 9, Midland Hills
Addition to the City of Little Rock.
Beginning at the southernmost point of Lot 10, Block 9,
Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little Rock;
thence in a northerly direction along the west side of
Prospect Avenue 147.4 feet; thence in a western
direction 82.2 feet to a point 10.0 feet south of the
northwest corner of Lot 9; thence in a southerly
direction 136.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Property is to be used for a duplex in an "R -3" zoning
district.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
