AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR RE-
ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRO DISTRICT TITLED
HICKORY CREEK CONDOMINIUMS (Z- 3754C)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING CHAPTER 43 ARTICLE VI, SECTION
6 -101 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following property be
retained as a "PRD" Planned Residential District.
Z -3754C - described as part of the SE4, SW4 and part of the
SW4, SE4 Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the revised preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning classification of the
plan for Hickory Creek Condominiums is conditioned upon obtaining a final
plan approval from the Planning Commission within the time specified by
Article IX, Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and designated district map
be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force

upon final approval of the plan by the Planning Commission.
