ORDINANCE NO. 141 289
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING THE ALLEY
IN BLOCK 32 , Centennial ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the alley in Block 32
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now appearing
of record in Deed Book & 3 , Page 2,$6 (or at Instrument
No. ) in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate purposes, except for
public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as'follows:

Complete alleyway running North & South between 16th St. and 17th St., bounded by
dwellings on East & West sides, dwellings fronting 16th St., Summit St., and
Battery St.
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage easements
located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
