AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 3790 -A - described as Lot 10, Block 12,
Cenral Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "0 -3" General
Office District to "R -5" Urban Residence District.
(b) Z -3842 described as the east 1/2 of Lots 12 and
,Block 16, Industrial Park Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
(c) Z -3854 described as part of Lot 2, Block 10,
Warms Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Begin 142.5 feet east of the southwest corner of
said Lot 2; thence north 166.5 feet to the south
right -of -way of the railroad tracks; thence
northeast along said right -of -way to the east ine
of Lot 2; thence south to the southeast corner of
Lot 2; thence west 142.5 feet to the point of
beginning.
AND
Part of Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, Watkins Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Begin 17.5 feet east of the northwest corner of
Lot 3, on the east line of the
Eastbelt- Confederate Boulevard Interchange; thence
south 50 east 115.3 feet; thence south 080 east,
124.4 feet; thence south 390 east, 93.3 feet;
thence north 160 east, 327.2 feet; thence south
16° east, 183.2 feet to the east line of said Lot
4; thence north to the northeast corner of Lot 4;
thence west 550.5 feet to the point of beginning.
From "I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -4" Open
Display District.

(e) Z -3865 - described as Lot 1, Berkshire Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display District
to "R -5" Urban Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
extend in the respects necessary to effect and designte the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
