MADISON STREET, IN THE CITY OF
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
)F ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3847 - described as Lot 10, Block 6, Oakhurst
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, from
"R -3" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
