AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 8400 NEW BENTON HIGHWAY, IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3846 - described as part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said NW 1/4, SE
1/4; thence run east along the north line of said NW
1/4, SE 1/4, a distance of 416.53 feet; run thence
south 1° 45' west, 544.48 feet; thence run south 28°
57' east, 299.27 feet to a point on the northerly
right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate #30; thence run
south 600 57' west along said right -of -way line 250
feet to a point; thence run north 28° 57' west, 249.8
feet to a point; thence run south 60° 57' west, 267
feet to a point on the west line of said NW 1/4, SE
1/4; thence run north along said west line 855' to the
northwest corner of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4 and the point
of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPT the north 100 feet
thereof, from "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2"
Light Industrial District
AND
A parcel of land described as:
Part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Begining at the northwest corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence east along the north
line of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4, 416.53 feet; thence south
1° 45' west, 100 feet; thence west along a line which
is 100 feet south of and parallel with the north line
of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4, to a point on the west line of
said NW 1/4, SE 1/4; thence north along said west line
of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, 100 feet to the point of
beginning. From "R -2" Single Family District to "OS"
Open Space District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
