ORDINANCE NO. 14,282 t
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z- 1470 -A - described as a tract of land lying in
the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found iron pipe, which is the
southwest corner of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence
south 87° 04' 41" east, 169.85 feet to an iron
pin; thence north 02° 01' 32" east, 978.14 feet to
a concrete monument; thence south 87° 04' 41"
east, 511.33 feet to a concrete monument which is
the point of beginning; thence north 020 05' 41"
east, 289.1 feet to an iron pin on the south
right -of -way of West Markham Street; thence along

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
extend in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
