AN ORDINANCE OF INTENT CALLING FOR A
REFERENDUM ON THE ANNEXATION OF APPROXI-
MATELY 13.5 SQUARE MILES AT THE NOVEMBER
2, 1982 GENERAL ELECTION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby states
its intent to call for a referendum at the November 2, 1982
General Election on the annexation of approximately 13.S
square miles.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
