AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM THE
UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND FOR EXPERT WITNESS FEES IN THE CASE
OF ROBERT HERVEY, et al. v. CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, FEDERAL COURT CASE 2 -11 H -
IVG—THE CITY ATTORNEY TO HIRE EXPERT WITNESSES
IN THE HERVEY CASE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Baord of Directors of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00)
are hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of
the General Fund for expert witness fees in the case of
Robert Hervey, et al. v.'C -ity of Little Rock, Federal Court
Case #82 -114.
Section 2. The City Attorney is hereby authorized
to hire expert witnesses in the-Hervey case.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
