AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
WEST MARKHAHM STREET AND NATURAL
RESOURCES DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3812 -A - Described as the East 160 feet of Block 40;
the South 48 feet of the East 160 feet of Block 33;
that portion of Block 41 which lies west of Natural
Resources Drive; and the South 48 feet of that portion
of Block 32 which lies west of Natural Resources Drive
all being in the Santa Fe Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, from "0-2" Office and
Institutional District and "C -3" General Commercial
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
