ORDINANCE NO. 14,267 316
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A PORTION
OF WELCH STREET AND TWO ALLEYS IN THE MASONIC
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that that part of
Welch Street which lies between Blocks 33 and 34 in the
MASONIC ADDITION to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; that
part of the alley lying South of Block 33, M4ASONIC ADDITION
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas extending from the East
line of Block 33 to the East line of Block 34, MASONIC
ADDITION extended southerly; and all of the North -South
alley through Block 33, 14ASONIC ADDITION to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, now on file in Deed Book AB, Page
192, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
are no longer needed for corporate purposes, except for
public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, to-
gether with the rights of the public generally, in and to
the street and two alleys designated as follows:
That part of Welch Street which lies between
Blocks 33 and 34, MASONIC ADDITION to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
That part of the alley lying South of Block
33, MASONIC ADDITION to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas extending from the East line
of Block 33 to the East line of Block 34,
MASONIC ADDITION extended southerly.
All of the North -South alley through Block
33, MASONIC ADDITION to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas,
subject, however, to any public utility or drainage ease-
ments located in said street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certi-
fied by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of
the County.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
