AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43,
SECTION 9 -101 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, DELETING THE SCHEDULE
OF USES FROM THE CODE OF ORDINANCES,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the schedule of uses presently
contained in Chapter 43, Section 9 -101 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, was never
intended to be part of the Ordinance, and to remove any
doubt is hereby expressly deleted in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
