ORDINANCE NO. 14,243
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z- 3340 -B - described as: part of the NW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at a point on the north line of Section
33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, said point being 1,001 feet
east of the northwest corner of said NW 1/4, NW
1/4; thence run east along said north line of
Section 33, 170 feet; thence by a deflection angle
to the right of 90° 55' for 260 feet; thence by a
deflection angle to the right of 89° 05' for 170
feet; thence by a deflection angle to the right of
90° 55' for 260 feet to the point of beginning
from "0-2" Office and Institutional District to
"0-3" General Office District.
B. Z -3831 - described as: part of the NW 1/4,
SE 1 4, Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the southwest corner of said NW 1/4,
SE 1/4, said Section 35; thence N 2° 00' E 252.78
feet along the west line of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 35, to a No. 4 rebar set for the point of
beginning, said point being on a curve to the left
on the north right -of -way of U.S. No. 70; thence
northeasterly along said curve 381.88 feet through
a central angle of 1° 55' 46" (chord north 65° 53'
43" E 381.84 feet); thence leaving said north
right -of -way N 260 39' 47" W 226.47 feet to a
No. 4 rebar set; thence S 63 19' 41" W 267 feet to
a steel fence post on the west line of said
NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 35; thence S 20 00' W
238.62 feet along said west line to the point of
beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
