AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL A VACANCY
ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WATER PIPE LINE
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 136 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Water Pipe
Line Improvement District No. 136 of Little Rock, Arkansas,
have petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to fill a vacancy on said Board of Commis-
sioners created as the result of Commissioner Claude Brasseale,
Jr. resigning from said Board; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appoint-
ment of Ronald C. Tyne , a property owner in said
District, to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ronald C. Tvne is hereby appoint-
ed a Commissioner of Water Pipe Line Improvement District No.
136 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
