AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,103;
REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION
OF INTERSTATE ROUTE NO. 30 AND OTTER CREEK
ROAD EXIT IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14, 103, passed on
September 1, 1981, be and is hereby repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3721 - described as a parcel of land situated in-the
No`rtT -1/2 of the NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4, NW 114,
of said Section 9, said point being on the South
right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road; thence East
along said South right -of -way line,,42.2 feet to the
West right -of -way line of Interstate Highway No. 30;
thence S 22 49' E, 141.2 feet along said West right -
of -way line; thence S 43 15' W, 200 feet continuing
along said West right -of -way line; thence N 39 33' 30" W,
118 feet; thence N 02 18' 10" "d', 18S feet to the South
right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road; thence East
107.8 feet along said South right -of -way line to the
point of beginning, from C -3 General Commercial District
to R -2 Single Family District.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
