ORDINANCE NO. 14,207
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND FOR EXPENSES AND FEES
FOR VARIOUS LAWSUITS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Directors of

the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. Fifty -nine thousand dollars ($59,000.00)
hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used
for attorney fees for House, Holmes and Jewell for
trial work in the Gilbert lawsuit and other cases.
Section 2. Twenty -seven thousand, five hundred
dollars ($27,500.00) are hereby appropriated from the
General Fund for settlement of the Shavers lawsuit.
Section 3. Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00)
are hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used
to cover costs such as depositions and witness fees in
the Gilbert lawsuit.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
